Posting this one a little early. I got a pretty full day tomorrow and don't know when I'll have time to post it.
I've kind of been all over the place with this early on, I think after the next one or two I'm gonna try to keep some sort of theme going on a weekly basis.

Daily Skull Sketch 002
I may finish this one.
Skulls are one of those drawing elements where anything is possible. For me it stems from after I felt I had a decent grasp of the basics of anatomy, I would try to come up with original characters. Mostly traditional superhero type stuff. Those characters in turn would need some type of antagonist, so I would come up with these alien monsters whose faces where usually based off a skull.
I want to keep this going because it's fun to spend a little time sketching and I think this is a good creative exercise for me.

Daily Skull Sketch 001
Thought this would be a good thing to try to keep the wheels spinning. A lot of my illustrations seem to begin as some sort of skull shape. If anything hopefully after a while I'll draw something that actually resembles a skull. We'll see how long this goes...
